Up for auction is a hard-to-find Driver’s Side Door Shell removed from a second-generation Subaru Brat (1982-1987). As these vehicles become increasingly rare, finding original steel panels in workable condition is a challenge.
Condition Report:
Structural: The door is structurally sound with the interior bracing and window regulator cutouts intact (see internal photos).
Surface: Features original white paint. There is visible surface oxidation and rust typical for its age, specifically along the lower corners and bottom hem (common on these models).
Hardware: This is a stripped shell. It includes the main door body but will require your existing glass, handles, and interior trim.
