How do I collect my items if I win an auction?

Winners will receive an invoice with pickup instructions. Local pickup is held at our Payette, ID location. If you need shipping, please notify us immediately so we can add shipping costs to your invoice.

What is the relationship between DEP Enterprises LLC and your various websites?

DEP Enterprises LLC is our parent company. We operate three specialized divisions to better serve our customers: AutoFarmUSA (classic auto parts), Treasure Valley Vintage Media (vintage books and media), and DEP Auction Group (online auction services). While they specialize in different industries, they are all managed under the DEP Enterprises umbrella.

If we don’t have a part in stock, we use our extensive network to find it for you. Simply email dan@autofarmusa.com with your vehicle’s year, make, model, and the part you need.

Can I return a part if it doesn’t fit my vehicle?

We provide detailed compatibility information, but if there is an issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Parts must be in the same condition as when they were shipped.

Do you buy classic cars or parts from individuals?

Yes, we are always looking to expand our inventory. If you have a collection or a donor car, send photos and details to autofarmusa@gmail.com.

How do you ensure fragile items aren’t damaged during shipping?

We use specialized media packaging, including reinforced mailers and bubble wrap, to ensure that corners aren’t bumped and covers aren’t creased during transit.

Is “Media Mail” shipping an option?

Yes, for qualifying items like books and films, we offer USPS Media Mail to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers.
