Items cannot be paid for or picked up until the auction has closed in its entirety. Once the auction is complete and invoices have been created, you will receive an emailed copy of your invoice and a text message notifying you that you are a winning bidder. This typically occurs within one hour after the auction concludes.

Pickup Schedule
- We offer 6 days for pickups following each auction.
- We are closed on Sundays.
Proxy Pickup
Can’t make it? Someone else may pick up your items for you! Just let us know in advance who will be collecting on your behalf.
Delayed Pickup
If you need to delay your pickup, you must notify us before 6:00 PM on Wednesday of the current auction week. Both parties must agree to any delayed pickup, and items must be collected within 14 days from the last scheduled pickup day. Pickups are only allowed on scheduled dates.
Failure to Pick Up Items
- If you do not contact us by Friday of the auction week, you may forfeit credits for abandoned lots. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
- Items unclaimed by the deadline will be deemed abandoned and may be disposed of or resold.
- No credits will be issued if you fail to collect your items.
You are responsible for ensuring you receive all items at pickup. No credit will be issued for missing items after you leave the pickup location.
